New Law for Colorado FOG Haulers
House Bill 10-1125 requires all businesses and private individuals transporting and processing brown and/or yellow grease to acquire a permit from the Colorado Department of Public Health & Environment (CDPHE) beginning in late 2011. Additionally, all transportation of brown and/or yellow grease must be manifested using a CDPHE manifest.
