Cross-Media Electronic Reporting Rule (CROMERR)
Industrial Pretreatment electronic reporting is here. CROMERR regulations are effective as of January 11, 2006.
CROMERR provides the framework to allow states, tribes, and local governments to accept electronic compliance reports from regulated facilities, under most environmental regulations.
