Supreme Court to Hear EPA Case
For the second time this year, legal cases involving the US Environmental Protection Agency (US EPA) have been elevated to the Supreme Court. On Wednesday, November 29th, the high court will hear oral arguments in the case: Massachusetts v. US EPA.
12 states, 3 cities and 13 environmental groups have brought the lawsuit against the EPA. They argue that the federal agency has an obligation under the Clean Air Act to regulate greenhouse gases.
