Pretreatment Electronic Reporting
As many of you already know, the Cross Media Electronic Reporting Rule (CROMERR) went into effect January 11, 2006. CROMERR provides the framework to allow states, tribes, and local governments to accept electronic compliance reports from regulated facilities, under most environmental regulations.
At the Tristate Wastewater Conference this September, Linko will discuss the details of CROMERR and help pretreatment professionals make sense of the new rule.
