More than 1/3 of Chesapeake Bay deemed "Dead Zone"
Excess Nitrogen and Phosphorus believed to be coming from farmers and other runoff sources are depleting water oxygen levels in the nations largest estuary.
To combat the problem local area wastewater treatment facilities have agreed to reduce Nitrogen and Phosphorus discharges.
