Outlook Sync LogoToday's pretreatment professionals are tasked with managing short and long term deadlines, meeting complex sample frequency requirements and ensuring compliance milestones are met. While a variety of technologies are utilized, the most commonly used calendar is Microsoft Outlook®. Linko now offers Outlook Sync – Microsoft Outlook Calendar Synchronization with advanced scheduling functionality and the ability to bi-directionally synchronize activities.

Managing sampling activities in Linko and Outlook provides for the merging of your pretreatment requirements, administrative activities, group vacation schedules and more. The result is greater visibility of group work load, improved scheduling control and reduced risk of overlooking an important detail.

Using the convenient drag and drop functionality of Microsoft Outlook®, sampling activities are easily arranged based on staff work load, geographic work area, available equipment and adjustments in priority. All scheduled date changes made in Outlook or in Linko are bi-directional updated to the corresponding product.

Finally, Linko's Outlook Sync takes advantages of newly released features of the Sampling Assistant™ which automates the sample preparation process and automatically forecasts the Authority sampling schedule for the entire pretreatment year. Through advanced reporting capabilities, each parameter is now evaluated to ensure it is sampled at the proper frequency. This is accomplished for both Authority and IU sampling requirements.

MS Outlook 2003 SP2 or higher is required
