LinkoCTS and LinkoFOG Improvements

Version 10.4 Improvements

Improvements in Version 10 were derived from FOG and Pretreatment customer requests and user focused discussion groups. This customer-oriented approach to software development has made Linko the choice of an unmatched 25 national award winning IP programs and over 330 IP and FOG programs nationwide.

User Interface Redesign

The software has been given a face lift designed to significantly improve usability and take advantage of technology advancements.

Performance Improvements

Several of the most commonly used portions of the software have been made faster and easier to use. This includes the Compliance Assistant, Industry and Facility management and Pumpout management.

Database Technology Upgrade (MS Access Database users)

You spoke and we listened! This new technology is based on Microsoft SQL Express and provides significant stability and performance enhancements. No longer will you use the MS Access database, which can be prone to data corruption on wide area networks.

Windows 7 Compatible

Version 10 supports Windows XP, Vista and 7 as well as Office XP, 2003 and 2007. Take a look at our Lifecycle Support Policy.

MS Outlook Integration

Do you use Microsoft Outlook? Many of our customers do, so we developed Linko OutlookSync™, to move your Linko events to MS Outlook calendars. Updating event information in Outlook or Linko automatically updates the other system. This works great for visualizing workloads, sharing responsibilities and adjusting schedules. Permit Writer

Local Limits

Sampling Assistant

Chain of Custodies are now automatically generated based on parameter frequencies requirements. No longer do you need to manually generate your COC's and sampling schedule. Plus it will maintain that schedule automatically into the future even as limits and sampling requirements change. Sample scheduling and prep are now a breeze for any program. Sample Frequency Evaluation

Hauled Waste

New LinkoHW Hauled Waste Module provides cradle-to-grave Fats, Oil and Grease tracking. This new module tracks hauled waste, disposal amounts, waste generators and even ties grease disposals back to the facility/generator.

Trap Compliance

User defined grease trap inspection compliance. Upgrade provides 25% rule, custom formulas and static grease limit calculations.

Trap Pumping

More comprehensive tracking of grease trap pumping activities including manifest ID, amount pumped, waste hauler, vehicle used, disposal information and more.

Letter Logging

As letters are generated,(BMP, NOV or general correspondence) Linko Software documents it for future reference.

User Defined Industry List

Users may now define the list of industries/facilities available within the software. This provides the user with the ability to retire non-active industries and focus on user specific industries/facilities.

Compliance Plans

User defined reusable compliance plans streamline enforcement tracking and NOV generation.

Monthly Averages

Automatic monthly average evaluation within the LinkoPipe import process and result management.

Hold Time/Analysis Method

Hold time exceedances and incorrect analysis methods are instantly brought to the attention of the user.

Significant Figure Math

Comprehensive significant figure math is now available for mass based calculations.

Flexible Forms

Flexible Forms are now more powerful and easier to use. Add, arrange and format fields directly on the form you are working on.

Improved Quick Picks

User defined quick view date criteria is now available on Sample Management, Schedule Pro, Violation Management and the Compliance Assistant.
